As soon as the order is shipped, a tracking code will automatically be sent to you to track the shipping process, please check your email and Facebook inbox provided in your order. In case you cannot find your tracking code, you can check it here
Why isn't the tracking data showing on your tracking number?
Tracking code may take up to 7 days for US order (and up to 10 days for other countries order) after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.
DUTIES & CUSTOM
The value and shipping information is printed on a sticker on the outside of the package when your order is shipped. However, duties and taxes are calculated and changed by customs officials in your country. As such, they are beyond our control. As the importer of record, you are responsible for duties, taxes and any other charges that your country chooses to impose for the import.
As charges are individually assessed by your country's officials upon import, we are unable to provide an estimate on how much you may be charged for customs. Charges vary from case to case. Instead, please try contacting the customs officials in your country to get a better idea of what the customs charges might be for your order.
PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER – WRONG ADDRESS
Orders that will be tagged as returned to sender due to the wrong address will be destroyed by the courier or charge Love The World for custom tax duties and another shipping fee once we confirm to ship it back to our production facility. Therefore, ScottishShop will only shoulder 50% of the total amount of the product cost as a refund credit back to your account.

Orders that will be tagged as returned to sender due to custom fees not paid, Love The World will only shoulder 50% of the total amount as a refund credit back to your account.
